Parenting the Neurodivergent Child

Parenting the Neurodivergent Child

Parenting a neurodivergent child comes with unique joys and challenges—and no single “right way” to navigate the journey. This supportive workshop series creates a space where parents can learn, reflect, and connect while building practical strategies for family wellness.

In these sessions, you will:

  • Explore what it means to understand your child’s neurodivergence (autism, ADHD, learning differences, sensory profiles).
  • Shift perspectives toward strengths-based approaches rather than deficit models.
  • Reflect on your child’s uniqueness and your role in supporting their growth.
  • Share experiences through guided questions and parent reflections.
  • Learn practical tools for communication, emotional regulation, and stress management.
  • Build resilience for your family while nurturing relationships, including siblings and partners.
  • Discover resources, networks, and community support—because parenting truly takes a village.

Each workshop includes opportunities for open discussion, handouts, and take-home materials so parents can continue learning beyond the group. Together, we create a safe and non-judgmental environment where challenges can be shared, victories celebrated, and meaningful connections formed.

$375 includes all six sessions in this series
