About Us

Whether you seek relief from stress, support in managing chronic conditions, or simply want to enhance your overall wellness, we are here to empower you every step of the way.Mindfully Well PLLC was developed by Allie Booth, a licensed clinical professional counselor, educator, spiritual and health practitioner for over 20 years. After earning a bachelor’s degree in Behavioral Science at DePaul University in Chicago, she furthered her learning with a master’s in Counseling Psychology. Her educational background led to years of working and volunteering at hospitals, community centers, both non-profit and for-profit, both stateside and abroad in underdeveloped countries. She has been trained in various disciplines including evidence based, complementary and alternative modalities and theories.

Allie’s experiences have only fueled her belief that everyone, in all parts of the world, from all religious backgrounds and cultures, needs positive support from professionals and a community of peers. Access to health and wellbeing resources, paired with the opportunity to help self and others, creates a climate for growth, change, and wellness for ourselves and those around us.

In addition to working with clients, Allie created AllyU Organization NFP, a nonprofit organization/labor of love, out of a passion for mental health. AllyU is a positive peer to peer community that offers education, access to resources, and volunteer opportunities.

When life gets to be too overwhelming or too painful, often what’s needed is an ally. As a solution-focused mindful counselor, Allie offers evidence based and complimentary techniques to assist you in navigating through the ups and downs of life. Often when we try to help ourselves, we don’t get too far and then feel worse. Together, we will understand your thoughts, patterns, and behaviors that are unhealthy and not serving you well.

We can explore issues with relationships, self, work or business, school, as well as issues such as grief or loss, illness, stress or depression, trauma or any other life changes or challenges. When you are ready to move beyond what you are currently experiencing, I encourage you to reach out. You have the power to cultivate who you want to be. You can feel good about who you are and your life!
